Julia O'Boy

Julia says ‘I started my career as a cadet nurse, which was a truly life-changing experience and made me realise that being a nurse and caring for people is such a special vocation. During my 30 years of nursing, I have been a district nurse and worked as a hospice nurse manager. Most recently I worked as a project manager focusing on patient safety within the Primary Care Trust.

I believe that people are entitled to receive high quality, safe, person-centred, compassionate care, at all times. As a carer myself I know how difficult it can be caring for a loved one without the right type of help and support.’ At Absolute, we share the same values and high standards, and our vision is for Absolute to be the best home care service provider in Kent. Our mission is to provide professional and flexible home-based care and support to the highest standard which promotes dignity and choice for clients and their carers.

We are all united in our vision to be the best home care providers and we are committed to making sure your needs and wishes are met at all times.
