Team work is vital to achieve our aims and we work with an extended family of health professionals such as GPs, community nurses, social services and hospices.
Monitoring and feedback are very important to us. We will always monitor the service to make sure that your care needs are met. We will check regularly that everything is running smoothly and will adapt our services if and when your needs change.

What do you charge per hour for care ?
Do you charge for the initial assessment ?
Yes, we charge a one-off payment of £100. This covers the time of a thorough assessment, including physical, psychological, social and financial needs.
Can I choose the carers?
What training do your carers receive?
Our carers receive thorough induction training. They will have annual Moving and Handling, Health and Safety, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Fire Awareness, Medication, Adult Protection, Dementia, Nutrition and End of Life Care.
All carers are fully competent before going into clients homes alone. Some carers already have an NVQ in health social care or are working towards this. Carers also complete the care certificate as part of their induction.
